AnticaVigna Prosecco Extra Dry DOC, Sparkling
Glera 95%, Pinot Grigio 5%
Prosecco DOC is a fresh, flowery, fruity and soft wine, with a beautiful straw-yellow colour. It is firm and refined, with notes that evoke ripe yellow fruit while remaining fresh, well-rounded and agreeable. On the palate it is a soft, fresh and agreeable wine, lingering and balanced.
A great wine for aperitifs. It combines magnificently with hors d’oeuvres and light fish first courses; excellent with raw fish dishes. It is also good with pasta salads and with slivers of parmigiano or grana Padano cheese.
Botter Primitivo 'Verosso', Red
100% Primitivo
Intense ruby-red colour. Full and complex nose. Full bodied due to the elevated alcohol and the balance between soft tannins and acidity.
Ideal with roasts and aged cheeses.
Bain's Way Pinotage, Red
100% Pinotage
Bright strawberry on the nose laced with plum and banana. Complex ripe red fruit flavours extended to the palate where smooth tannins ensure a rich mouth feel.
This wine goes with cheeses, tuna, salmon and a wide range of meats from chicken and pork to veal.
